Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Call Centre Operator.
In this role, you will handle phone enquiries, provide first-level assistance and perform a variety of administrative support services.

If you excel in customer service, have strong attention to detail and possess a sound understanding of government mechanisms, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities Respond to phone enquiries from the public, offering first-level assistance and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team or external agency.Perform a range of administrative tasks, including assessment, registration and drafting routine correspondence.Ensure all correspondence, briefings and materials are accurately recorded and processed in departmental systems.Key Challenges Managing competing work demands and priorities while maintaining quality support and meeting deadlines.Staying up to date on the portfolio area's initiatives, emerging issues, and key projects to provide effective support.Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all work is properly registered, distributed, and followed up in a timely manner.Why Join Us?
