You must possess the following skills:Good leadership.Ability to determine what is needed in each of our retail outlets and where product mixes can be improved and changed.Check wastage figures and provide continual correct stock levels to ensure profitability.Ensure customer service managers are complying with company policy and giving feedback to ensure best retail practices.Provide marketing goals and aims for all retail outlets.Ensure all Lawleys health and safety policies are monitored.Ensure pricing is consistent with profit margin requirements.Consult with directors on promotions and advertising needs.Report to directors with retail outlets' financial transactions and reports to advise improvement strategies.Monitor how products and services are sold to customers and how improvements and marketing strategies can be implemented.Train staff on new and changing policies, as this is a dynamic industry.If you are a hard worker and reliable, please apply.
