Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to join our team in beautiful Byron Bay. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and waitstaff.Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining the quality and consistency.Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic. Skills and Experience Required: At least 3 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment.Relevant qualification in hospitality management preferredStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sound knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Weekend work is a must Salary: 74,000 to 79,000 Annual
