Cafe Head Chef

We aim to provide outstanding coffee, food, and customer service to achieve a memorable experience.Successful applicants should have experience in contemporary café-style cuisine.The Chef role will include the following essential duties:Menu development (ability to accommodate intolerances and allergies and high level of presentation)Experience in a production kitchenManaging food and labor costsHigh level of attention to detailDemonstrate a high level of accountability and responsibilityProven experience in a similar role.OrganizedReliable and adaptable.Speed and efficiencyLiaising with suppliers to get the best pricesRosteringBe able to work with a weekly budgetFood preparation, cooking, plating, presentationWaste reduction and monitoringStaff training and development - working alongside the team - this is a hands-on role.
