Position Overview:
As a café all-rounder, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping with a variety of tasks from preparing coffee, serving food, and interacting with customers to general café upkeep.
We're looking for someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and light meals Take orders and handle payments through the POS system Maintain cleanliness of the café, including clearing tables and washing dishes Assist with stock rotation and replenishing supplies Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations Requirements: Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is a plus Barista experience (or willingness to learn) is highly desirable Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure during busy periods Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends Team player with a can-do attitude A passion for good coffee and food!
