Cadet/Junior Contract Administrator

Your next opportunity   Reporting to a Construction Manager, this role is responsible for providing accurate and timely contracts administration and to ensure project performance is reviewed and analysed to maintain accurate monitoring, reporting, and forecasting.
This role will also be responsible for reviewing compliance with commercial requirements set out in head contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, and project specific requirements.
Your day will involve: Preparing and submitting progress claims to clients Analysing and preparing all variations Procuring and managing subcontractor contracts Monitoring of site activities and ensuring they are performed within budget Preparing and presenting monthly project reports What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Building and Construction industry Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Proficiency with enterprise resource planning software, in particular Jobpac and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem solving skills What's on offer?
