About You:
• Strong understanding of the legal obligations in the role
• Ability to undertake efficient inspections to ensure client obligations are met relevant to legislative compliance
• Base knowledge of building & construction practices, building-related law, building codes & standards
• Intermediate computer literacy skillset
• 2+ years' experience in a construction role
Qualifications / Licences:
• Willingness & ability to complete relevant study to obtain Diploma
• Ability to obtain membership with AIBS
• Current Drivers Licence
• White Card
