The Role We have big plans at Cable and we're on the hunt for an experienced, creative and passionate Visual Merchandise Design & Operations expert to join our team!
Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop and create the Visual Merchandising direction and creative execution across Cable Melbourne retail stores and concessions.
You will be based in our Support Office in Malvern 2 days per week, with the other 3 days spent in the field with our store teams, ensuring company directives are implemented and standards achieved.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for setting the Visual Merchandising direction that supports the product range, key trends, and creative brand direction Develop creative window concepts that align with the Marketing and Product seasonal direction Develop all creative and promotional print material Develop floor plans and product flow to drive commercial results Source props and work with external suppliers to bring the window concept together Communicate the Visual Merchandising direction and window installations to the retail team via VM briefs and documentation Work cross-functionally with Retail Operations Manager and General Manager on store profile / VM execution Train and develop both VM and retail team members on VM standards and expectations What are we looking for?
