Currently seeking Expressions of Interest for our Adelaide base. Ground School scheduled to commence approx. end of May 2024. To be considered as part of our Cabin Crew team: - At least 18 years old - Fluency in written and spoken English - Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided - Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high-pressured environment - No visible tattoos while wearing the Alliance and Qantas cabin crew uniforms You must have the following: - Australian or NZ passport (unrestricted access, citizen or Permanent resident)* - Australian driver's license - First Aid Certificate* - CPR Certificate* - Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - Covid-19 vaccination certificate (minimum double) *Certificates must have a minimum 6-month validity at the commencement of ground school What we look for in our Cabin Crew: - Safety conscious with strong interpersonal and communication skills - A flexible and reliable approach - Display a clear passion for customer service - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to successfully complete a 5-week ground school program - Display a positive attitude and a professional image What our ground school looks like: Week 1- Theory (incl. Aviation Overview, Company policies, aircraft familiarization) Week 2- Theory & Practical (incl. Inflight emergencies, Unlawful interference, Safety & Security) Week 3- Theory and Practical (incl. Survival skills, wet drills, fire training) Week 4- Theory and Practical (Emergency Landing Preparation, Evacuations) Week 5 - Theory & Practical (incl. Qantas service training, Security training, Aviation Medicine, SOPs) Week 6 – Theory & Practical (incl.
