Job DescriptionAs a Cabin Cleaning Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering Cabin Cleaning services on behalf of Star Aviation to a variety of Airline customers. You'll be part of a fast-paced team who'll ensure that passengers enjoy a clean and hygienic journey.

Your day to day duties will include: Cleaning the aircraft interior, including but not limited to seats, side walls, ceiling panels, carpet, galleys and cabin lavatoriesEnsure compliance and safety regulations are met to the highest standard at all times and meeting the On Time Performance of the aircraftRepresent both the Airline and Star to the highest-level ensuring customer satisfactionActively participate in undertaking duties in a safe, professional mannerEnsure at all times you act in accordance with Star's guidelines and proceduresEnsure the safe and secure operation of all equipment Desired Skills and ExperienceA valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - or the ability to obtain oneA valid authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA) - or the ability to obtain oneCompetent in the operational requirements of Cabin CleaningPhysically fit and able to perform lifting and bendingUnderstanding of the aviation industryExcellent organisation and time management skillsWorking in a high-pressure environment and to strict timelinesCustomer focus to deliver exceptional serviceAbility to adapt to changing priorities and situationsAble to work well in a fast-paced team environmentHealth and Safety TrainingCapable of Incident Report writing, in plain and clear English
