Primary Purpose of the Position The purpose of the Solution Engineer role is to work hand-in-glove with the CTO to plan, design, build, test, deploy and operate Obzervr software products. We are looking for a professional who can plan, direct, coordinate and be hands-on in all engineering operations.
You will be responsible for planning, designing, building, testing, deploying, operating, and improving Obzervr software. You will work alongside a team of engineering, service delivery, and support.

Able to break down large, complex problems into manageable action plans. Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages, distributed systems, information retrieval, and security. Good business acumen, with an understanding of Mining, Oil & Gas practices and processes as an advantage. Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, intercultural, written, verbal & presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly agile work environment with competing priorities. Key Accountabilities, but not limited to Write understandable, testable, and secure code.
