Join Continuum 1 (C1) Property Group as we embark on an exciting new venture! We are looking for a Business Development / Property Manager to be part of the Shoalhaven's first 'for purpose' real estate agency.
In this role, based in Nowra, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships and assist individuals in navigating their property needs, making a meaningful impact by providing innovative solutions to housing affordability.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Proactively identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to grow Shoalhaven's first 'for purpose' real estate agency. Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders to drive rental portfolio growth. Focus on generating leads, onboarding new rental properties, and ensuring exceptional service for clients throughout the process. Conduct rental appraisals with the highest standards, ensuring transparency and trust with clients. Manage a portfolio, delivering outstanding customer service while meeting landlord expectations. Assist with end-of-month and accounting processes. Monitor and analyse market trends to stay informed about current conditions and guide business decisions. Maintain client databases to ensure consistent communication and seamless interactions. Assist the Marketing Officer in designing and implementing targeted social media campaigns to enhance engagement and attract new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with leadership to align business development strategies with company objectives. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in business development, sales, or leasing within the real estate sector. Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven sales and negotiation abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised with effective time management and multitasking capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in property management software. Willingness to travel for events and professional development. Essential Qualifications and Licensing: Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence. Current NSW Drivers Licence. Current Working with Children Check clearance. Criminal record check (will be arranged by SCH). About the Role: 12-month fixed term role with likely opportunity to progress to permanent. This is primarily a Monday to Friday role, with occasional weekend on-call duties. Located in our Nowra office.
