About Us
The EnvironmentProtection Authority (EPA) is South Australia's independentenvironment protection regulator. The organisation works toprotect, restore and improve the environment through the risk-basedregulation of pollution, waste, noise and radiation. The EPA worksclosely with industry, the community and government to protect theunique natural environment while supporting economic growth andimproving wellbeing. The EPA is responsible for the administrationof the Environment Protection Act 1993 (EP Act) and theRadiation Protection and Control Act 2021 (RPC Act)and also exercises responsibilities under other South Australianplanning and environmental legislation.
About the Business Unit Coordinator(ASO4)
The Business Unit Coordinator provides ahigh-level confidential secretarial support to the Director Policy,Assessment and Finance and the Director Science and Systems andsupports the business units' administrative functions. Thisincludes delivering timely, efficient, effective and confidentialoffice administration and information coordination by providingliaison with directorate managers and staff and across the broaderagency.
About the ExecutiveOfficer (ASO3)
Provides high level confidential executive support and meetingcoordination services to the EPA Board and its Committees andsupports the Chief Executive in working with the Board. Providesexecutive officer support to the EPA Executive Leadership Team, andthe Risk Management and Performance subcommittee of theBoard.

DesirableQualifications
- Knowledge of office and recordsmanagement systems.
- Experience using recordsmanagement systems.
- Experience using Basware andEMS.
Remuneration
ASO4 ($75,430 - $79,070 per annum) +11% super to your choice of superfund.
ASO3 ($66,590 - $70,968 per annum) + 11% super to your choice ofsuperfund.
ContractsAvailable
Both contracts are ongoing and fulltime (37.5 hours per week).
SpecialConditions
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- The incumbents will occasionally be required to travel to sitesin country areas and interstate.
- The incumbents may be required towork out of hours and as the need arises.
- A current driver's licenceis essential.
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily completea National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer ofemployment.
