We are uncompromising in being a safe and inclusive learning community respectful of diverse backgrounds of race and ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and nationality.About the position:As the Administration Coordinator for Learning and Teaching, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to the Deputy Headmaster – Teaching & Learning, Director of Studies, and SACE Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the efficient management and administration of the academic program at St. Peter's College. This includes overseeing various aspects of curriculum implementation, academic planning, and educational initiatives to ensure the delivery of a high-quality learning experience for our students.Have 3 – 5 years' experience working in an equivalent role in an educational setting.Well-developed experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel and experience in using database applications. In particular Synergetic, Timetabling Solutions, Schools Online and Crystal ReportsStrong organisational and time management skills.Ability to prioritise multifaceted tasks and respond to changing requirements of the role.Strong interpersonal skills with clear ability to be able to work effectively with a range of people including students, staff, parents and able to effectively engage and counsel students and other members of the School work for us:Join a leading Independent College educating over 1500 students from Early Years to Year 12.
