Our local strata company is offering a Business Administration/Reception Traineeship where you'll gain hands-on experience while developing essential skills to thrive in the Business industry.
This is a full-time role where you will work, study, and gain a Certificate III in Business over a 12-month period, while gaining invaluable industry experience at a reputable business in Wollongong.
JOB ROLE Administrative Tasks: Assist in managing day-to-day operations including data entry and documentation.
Customer Inquiries: Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients in person with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Inspection Bookings: Review and coordinate property inspection bookings efficiently.
Mail Distribution: Ensure mail is organised and distributed accurately and promptly.
Financial Certificates: Generate financial certificates on behalf of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
TRAINEESHIP INFORMATION During the 12-month duration of this traineeship you will work full-time whilst undertaking all the necessary training and complete the work tasks that will teach you valuable skills of the industry.
You will have 3-hours PAID STUDY TIME per week allocated during the 38 hour working week to work toward completing the units of the Certificate III in Business .
