Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Specialist to take ownership of our core business systems, with a focus on Pronto and Cognos.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead system improvements, support business growth, and drive process innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Systems Management
Manage and optimize business systems from an application perspective Collaborate with users on future system enhancements and requests Implement new software solutions Lead the implementation of new projects and system integrations Business Analysis
Gather, validate, and document business requirements Conduct gap analysis and propose future state solutions Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders Deliver comprehensive staff training on systems and processes Analyze internal and external trends and data to provide key insights to management Lead system and process testing efforts Support change management initiatives across the organization Support & Development
Assist IT in resolving business system issues efficiently.
Champion continuous improvement ideas across teams.
Collaborate with staff to develop new projects or system enhancements.
About You:
You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, with a solid background in data reporting and systems management.
You'll bring:
