Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) BLACKROC is working with a growing NFP organisation based in Brisbane who are seeking an experienced Business Systems Specialist to ensure the stability, integrity, and seamless operation of their business systems.
This role focuses on cloud-based system integration, performance, and security while supporting our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities: Administer user roles and access via Azure ADEnsure business systems are configured and fit-for-purposeManage SLAs with external suppliersMinimise service interruptions through incident and problem managementAssist in the integration of business systems with data/reporting infrastructureDocument business requirements and manage system changes effectivelyConduct system testing, quality assurance, and end-user trainingLiaise with vendors for supportQualifications & Skills: 5+ years of business systems/application support experienceStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and M365Proficiency in DevOps and requirements analysisStrong problem-solving, customer service focus, and teamwork skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
