Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Specialist to take ownership of our core business systems, with a focus on Pronto and Cognos.

Key Responsibilities: Business Systems Management Manage and optimize business systems from an application perspectiveCollaborate with users on future system enhancements and requestsImplement new software solutionsLead the implementation of new projects and system integrationsBusiness Analysis Gather, validate, and document business requirementsConduct gap analysis and propose future state solutionsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersDeliver comprehensive staff training on systems and processesAnalyze internal and external trends and data to provide key insights to managementLead system and process testing effortsSupport change management initiatives across the organizationSupport & Development Assist IT in resolving business system issues efficiently.Champion continuous improvement ideas across teams.Collaborate with staff to develop new projects or system enhancements.About You: You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, with a solid background in data reporting and systems management.
