The Role - Key Interest Points: Reports to our Head of Business Systems who leads a team of high performing professionals focused on ensuring we have the right systems, working in the right way, for the right tasks and with the right end-user training.Meets with diverse stakeholder groups to assess new business processes or existing processes that need to be optimised.Documents new and changing business processes.Designs business systems training programs that incorporate appropriate delivery channels for the content and end user group (i.e. face-to-face, online, virtual classroom).Delivers training with clarity and enthusiasm.Gathers feedback to continuously improve learning stickability.Is full-time for a (min) 15-month maternity leave contract with flexibility to work between our Springvale office and home. Here's what we're looking for:
A verifiable track record of developing and delivering technical and business systems training across an organisation.A qualification in workplace training assessment: Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent industry experience. Advanced MS Office skills. We assume you will also know your way around various enterprise systems. We use Baseplan - any experience with this particular system would be a "nice to have".High adaptive and co-operative approach to achieving objectives through both teamwork and individual contribution.
