As a Workplace Technology Analyst, you will oversee technical projects, provide desktop support, and ensure the seamless operation of end-user tools.
You will also positively guide technical excellence and contribute to the team's success.
In your first few weeks in this Workplace Technology Analyst role, you can expect to: · Lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards · Oversee the implementation and maintenance of end-user tools focusing on desktop analytics · Provide desktop support to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
