With a dedicated workforce of professional service providers, we are committed to ensuring the City of Nedlands is a vibrant, safe, and inclusive community with a high standard of local services and facilities.About the roleReporting to the Programs and Business Improvement Manager, the Business Systems Analyst (ERP) plays a vital role in leading process creation, solutions development, and issue resolution for the implementation of the City's ERP system, TechnologyOne (OneCouncil).In this role, you will:Serve as the primary point of contact for system configuration, addressing business queries, conducting training needs analysis, and maintaining ad hoc analysis requests.Oversee process transformation across all business units, driving improvements in end-to-end efficiencies and control.About the successful candidateThe ideal candidate will have:A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.Demonstrated experience and enterprise-wide knowledge of ERP business systems and processes, including system integration, data management, and development methodologies.A solid understanding of business concepts in Finance, Contracts, HR, Payroll, Asset Management, Customer Relationship Management, Records Management, and Property and Rating systems.Additional essential skills include:Proven experience in negotiating and driving change to improve operational efficiency.Expertise in business systems analysis, system configuration, testing, and process development.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster productive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Well-developed communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.Intending applicants should have substantial experience in a similar role.What we offerThis full-time, maximum term contract position (up to 27 February 2026) offers a cash salary of $111,392 - $129,437 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus superannuation.Other employee benefits5 weeks Annual Leave.Up to 13.5% superannuation contributions.Training and development opportunities.Employee Assistance Program & Healthy Workplace Initiatives.Fitness Passport wellness program access.Novated Leasing and Salary Sacrifice options.Please read the position description to ensure a full understanding of the role.
