About the role:

We're in the next exciting stage of our growth phase which is why we are now recruiting for a Business Systems Administrator – Level 3.

As Business Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the administration and support of business systems used by Transmax used by various internal teams and business functions.

You will demonstrate experience and confidence in implementing, administering, and supporting industry standard business applications, and contribute to integration, availability and utility of these applications as used by the broader business.

Your day-to-day will include: Acting as an internal SME on business systems and contributing to major system implementations and changes. Administering and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Implementing and maintaining security measures and policies within Microsoft 365. Administration and support of on-premise and SaaS applications, including but not limited to managing users, configuration, integration, and some testing. Working with management and end users to ensure Transmax's business systems are running smoothly and optimised according to its needs. Providing recommendations for optimising costs or increasing value current or prospective business systems. Collaborating with the Business Systems team to optimise and automate business processes. Producing and acting on security violation reports relating to business systems. Contributing to the uplift of and ongoing compliance to Transmax business systems against security standards including ISO27001. Contribute to the broader IT and Business Systems strategy and business planning. Assisting the broader Business Systems team to meet its objectives. About You: You will be degree qualified (Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cloud Computing or equivalent relevant qualification) have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable IT experience and will have performed the position of a Business Systems Administrator (or similar).

Your toolkit for success: Ability to multi-task and problem-solve, with a high degree of autonomy and respond to requests in an effective and efficient manner. Able to meet deadlines and use initiative and demonstrate ability to pick things up quickly. High attention to detail and data driven decision making displaying a strong desire and competency to improve work related skills and capabilities. Demonstrated experience in confidently presenting messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner by using highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally you will have:
Significant experience administering Microsoft products & services including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, etc Experience working with and administering cloud-based Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence. Experience working with and administering Slack. ITIL v3/4 Certified or substantial equivalent experience. What does Transmax offer?
