Position Overview: 
  
Oversee the daily administration and support of the business systems environment across the Australia and New Zealand region, encompassing Pronto (ERP), Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing), the HR Information System (HRIS), the enterprise data warehouse (EDW), business intelligence reporting (BI), and related portals, interfaces, and integrations.
  
Collaborating closely with both business and technology stakeholders, you will ensure operational needs are met while optimizing the value and performance of business systems investments.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and support the Pronto ERP system to ensure availability and alignment with operational needs. Manage daily administration of key business systems including Dynamics 365, Azure Data Warehouse, HR systems, and Power BI. Assist in planning, monitoring, and testing system availability, resilience, and recovery. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders to maximize system usage and ROI. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective system outcomes. Offer expertise for the planning and design of new projects involving business systems. Collaborate across functions to implement major system-related projects. Support organizational changes tied to new systems, upgrades, and process adjustments. Develop and maintain training materials and ensure availability in knowledge-sharing platforms. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Professional, resourceful, and adaptable. Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience/Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pronto ERP or other manufacturing/supply chain ERP system 5+ years in customer-facing support roles (essential). Experience with Dynamics 365 or other enterprise business systems (advantageous). Proven experience in system integration and data quality management (essential).
