About the Role The Business Support Specialist works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure business operations run smoothly.
The individual will build strong relationships across the business to identify insights and drive process improvements to optimise organisational effectiveness, efficiency, cohesion, and safety.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Provide consistent, collaborative, expert, and easy service to internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate facilities management services across all Australian locations.Ensure compliance with company policies on data security, integrity, and confidentiality.Implement procedural and policy changes to enhance operational efficiency.Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, including the corporate travel agent.Process invoices and requisitions as needed.Maintain professional, relevant, clear, and current communication within the business.Oversee work health and safety activities according to company policies.Organize office operations, control correspondences, design filing systems, review supply requisitions, and monitor clerical functions.Ensure office maintenance is performed by authorized contractors.Coordinate logistics and deliveries across all Australian locations.Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding processes.Manage staff coordination for workshops, meetings, and company events.Perform ad hoc duties as required.About You We are seeking a passionate individual who excels in administrative support and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
