Provide administrative business support to Nutrition and Food Services, with a primary focus on supporting the Home Enteral Nutrition Service (HEN) in our Southport facility.
An opportunity has become available for a Business Support Officer (Nutrition) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12,000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will Process all invoices and third-party logistic invoices in S4/HANAUndertake purchase requisitions for all ad-hoc purchases for Nutrition and Food Services ensuring correct documentation, coding and compliancePerform data entry, including appointment booking in Enterprise Scheduling Management system and report on outpatient activityParticipate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practicesCoordinate Nutrition and Food Services operational meetingsAbout you To be successful in this position you will require:
