GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) offers integrated multidisciplinary capabilities specialising in both electrical and instrumentation (E&I), mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation.The RoleDue to continuous growth, we are now seeking an outgoing and driven Business Support Officer to join our Fleet team in Sydney, NSW.
The position involves assisting with coordinating and carrying out the day-to-day administrative tasks within fleet, contract, and supplier management.The successful candidate will have a strong administration background in a fast-paced environment, construction & resource industries.Reporting to the Fleet & Construction Managers, the primary responsibilities will include:Monitoring and tracking all fleet and maintenance work and maintaining accurate records.Maintenance of personnel records, training, and registers.Liaising with Managers across all Genus entities including sourcing information on site-specific requirements for personnel, vehicles, plant, and machinery.Assist with purchasing requirements.Essential Skills / QualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.Computer literate.Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.HR Current Drivers Licence - Highly Desirable (Training can be provided to obtain licence).High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.Intermediate level Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.Open to working weekends when required.Candidates must be based in Sydney, NSW.How to ApplyIf after reviewing this advertisement you feel you are a good fit for the role and meet the listed criteria, please select APPLY.
