About the role:  Working as a Business Support Officer in a National support role, you will be a member of a highly collaborative team and will support our fantastic Rehabilitation Consultants with everything administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured Personnel. Working in a hybrid model, from home and from our city-based offices,

In this role, you will: 

Maintain the integrity of the data within Generation Health systems Ensuring accurate and timely information transfer between iRBS and Case Manager Contributing to financial performance of Generation Health through reporting, invoicing and timeliness Support the business and the teams of Generation Health to serve our clients Using your business acumen to ensure the most cost effective and efficient processes are followed Ownership of appropriate set up of all cases to facilitate efficiency and effectiveness
