Business Support Officer

We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a Business Support Officer at our Echuca Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.
The Role You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to various departments within the Branch. Manage internal workflows, data entry and preparation of various reports. Manage correspondence including emails, letters and other communications. Maintain accurate records of sales, invoicing and customer interactions and archiving of documents and files. Assist with Branch recruitment ensuring the applicable systems are accurate and up to date. Assist with the Branch financials and cashflow within the delegation thresholds. Proactively and effectively manage creditors and debtors. Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries and address feedback and or concerns. Assist with customer accounts management. To be successful you will need: At least 2 years' experience in a senior administrative, financial or business support role, preferably within the automotive or agricultural industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong financial management and acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude. Provide timely and effective business solutions and support to a dynamic and broad-spectrum team. Willingly partner with the team, creating positive relationships and culture to improve business outcomes and performance. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
