It has been Queensland Government's builder for over 160 years, playing an important role in communities across the state by building and maintaining government-owned assets such as schools, social housing, police stations and correctional and health facilities.
About the role In this vital position, you will support QBuild's mission to strengthen Queensland's building and construction industry by delivering exceptional customer service and effective administrative support.
You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced environment.

Duties and skills involved: Provide efficient, high-quality customer service to QBuild clients, ensuring satisfaction at all times.Monitor and manage internal and external correspondence and ensuring timely responses.Thrive in a fast-paced environment with KPIs, actively measuring and monitoring your performance.Build connections with industry stakeholders, local suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.Attention to detail with data entry of condition assessments and maintenance audits.Exhibit professionalism and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture, while being prepared to handle recurring tasks.Focus on customer satisfaction and develop outcomes that meet both customer needs and business objectives within set boundaries.Maintain high standards of accuracy while compiling documents, reports, and updating records in systems like Ellipse and Microsoft Office.Show initiative as a team player by managing enquiries for senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes.Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and registers, contributing to the enhancement of existing processes.Perform general administration functions as required to support team operations.How do I apply?
