Your responsibilities will be as diverse as the challenges we face.Duties of the RoleProvide high-level administrative support to executives (CEO, CTO and CIO), managing their schedules, travel arrangements, and communications.Monitor and track action on various internal and external business deliverables, often in partnership with external stakeholders.Support the coordination of monthly business reporting processes.Project Support: Help facilitate projects related to internal business improvement and change management.Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for travel, meetings and events.Prepare invoices and bookkeeping as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Anticipate and address challenges proactively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and executive matters.Rates, Location and BenefitsGreenroom is pleased to offer a competitive salary and benefits package.Supportive team environment.Work with a diverse range of colleagues.Premium office environment.Requirements and QualificationsExceptional interpersonal/communication skills.Great organisational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in our Fremantle office.Desire to learn.Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external suppliers.Minimum QualificationsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).Demonstrated experience in preparation, editing and formatting of complex documents.Prior experience in a client-facing role is desirable.3+ years in corporate support or high-level administrative roles.Working Hours and EnvironmentPart time 3 days a week, based on site in our Fremantle office.Would this job suit you?Please reach out to the Greenroom team with your CV, and let us know why you're interested in the role.Job: Part-time, with possible opportunity to increase to full time at a future date.
