This organisation fosters a supportive and growth-oriented work environment where your contributions are valued.DescriptionAs the Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:Overseeing all front-of-house operations.Supporting the team with bid coordination tasks, such as managing tender portals, assisting with RFPs, and other key documents.Upholding the company's branding, assisting with marketing campaigns, and managing the company's social media presence.Providing administrative support to the General Manager's including credit card reconciliations document preparation, and managing meeting minutes.Coordinating projects with the Delivery Team including setting up project folders, archiving documents and assisting with project management.Ensuring office hygiene and supplies are well-maintained as well as managing boardroom logistics.ProfileWe are looking for a candidate who: Has proven experience in office administration or business support roles, ideally within construction or consulting.Is comfortable using software like InDesign, Adobe Pro DC, and tender portal systems.Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Presents themselves professionally, with strong communication skills when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.Is proactive, solution-oriented and able to independently handle key administrative tasks.Job Offer Competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth.Work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Be part of a company committed to sustainability and innovation in construction.
