Employee Assistance Program Discounted health insurance and free flu shots each year We're looking for a professional Business Support Coordinator with relevant experience who wants to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week based in Frankston.
THE ROLE
The Business Support Coordinator works closely with the Regional Team Leader (RTL) in supporting a team of Service Coordinators, Claims, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable staff to ensure provision of quality Community Aged Care services and accurate and complete financial reporting.
Mentor and support multiple cross-discipline teams with the performance of their duties, monitoring and providing appropriate feedback. Provide day-to-day support to and resourcing for the team. Identify and escalate matters to the RTL as necessary in a timely manner. In collaboration with the Business Analysts, prepare reports in a timely manner that contributes to accurate and complete financial reporting of Community Aged Care operations. Salary will be in the range of $87,886.87 - $94,565.36 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we're looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
Tertiary qualification in health or a related discipline preferred. Experience in service delivery in the Community Aged Care and/or Disability sector. Demonstrated understanding of client diversity and the issues experienced by clients and their carers. Well-developed time management and organisational skills to manage workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels, both internally and externally, and with people from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team, in collaboration with employees and with external agencies and personnel including consultation and negotiation with a range of stakeholders. Highly-developed administration and computer skills, and competency in Microsoft programs. CULTURE
