Challenging our industry to move forward Permanent Full Time Location Agnostic The opportunity to join our team This role provides support to the General Managers in Asset Management and adhoc tasks where required for the Asset Management business.
Proactive planning and management of the General Managers time to enable him/her to focus on delivering strategic objectives and business goals Provide secretarial and administrative support to General Manager (s) Make travel and accommodation arrangements for Asset Management Team Assist in preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, actions and presentations Assist in the organisation of business functions and events, including venue selection and catering Accounts payable and tracking Processing and approving expenses Leave Management across Asset Management Support on investment committee work i.e., creating agendas, assisting with presentations with supporting financial data What you will bring: Proven track record in proactive planning and management of a Senior Manager's time Strong relationship management skills with the confidence to engage people at all levels Strong written and communication skills Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Strong work ethic and flexible approach to working long hours when required to meet deadlines Trustworthy and discrete Effective team player Make your move.
