About the opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Support Assistant / Roster Coordinator with a strong administrative background to join our team at our Moran Roxburgh Park home. The Business Support Assistant / Roster Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the rostering function, which includes managing both the Master Roster and the working roster. Additionally, the Roster Coordinator will handle ongoing process improvement initiatives and manage the creation and review of necessary documentation related to these tasks.
The Business Support Assistant / Roster Coordinator plays a crucial and integral role within the Moran Health Care Team. This position involves regular communication and coordination with both the management team and the administration team, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration across departments.

About the Role Delivering a range of administrative and/or customer services in support of existing systems or processes to agreed standards, to maximise service quality and continuity.Receiving and responding to everyday enquiries from colleagues and customers to provide a timely, courteous and effective service.Coordinating new employee interviews and on-boardingResponsible for maintaining the master roster & working roster.Ensure rosters are regularly reviewed to meet key service indicators.End to End payroll processing in the absence of Payroll Officer.Maintain employee documents; enter new staff ID in Fingerscan register and Rostcare.Collate leave applications, payroll queriesAbout You Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders. Highly organised with strong planning skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable) Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
