Key responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer services to all stakeholders in a responsive and respectful mannerConsult with clients and stakeholders to ensure understanding of the services offered and to navigate the systems for access to servicesDesign and implement system improvements to meet the needs of program, sector, and organisational changesSupport quality and audit processes and ensure compliance with OH&S, Aged Care Standards, legislative requirements and in line with best practice principlesDesign and maintain effective reporting systems, analysis of service delivery data to support management decisions and state and federal funding requirementsAbout Brotherhood of St LaurenceWe are passionate about the work we do.
