Business Support Administrator

We are looking for an organised, efficient, and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our growing team! You will ensure the smooth running of Red Piranha by providing administrative and operational support to the business, coordinating and assisting in vital tasks, using your exemplary communication and project management skills. If this is you, we'd love to meet you!Key responsibilitiesProvide timely and professional support to the business, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support, and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.Assist Senior Leaders, undertaking aspects of their role, i.e., managing calendars and scheduling meetings.Record meeting notes, documenting key takeaways and action items.Maintain records, ensuring documents are up to date, organised, and accessible.Develop, prepare, and produce correspondence, documents, reports, and present them in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.Handle confidential information with integrity.Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.Manage general office tasks such as ordering stationery, managing office equipment, and coordinating vendors or service providers.Organise events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, catering, preparing materials, and coordinating participants.Organise travel and accommodation for team members (including Board members), both nationally and internationally.Provide support and general administration to ensure the smooth running of the Perth office.About youDemonstrated 3-5 years in a Business Support Administrator position or similar, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars in a project support or coordination capacity.Demonstrates a high level of technical competency, proficiency in Microsoft O365, including SharePoint.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development and maintenance of professional and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.You are a self-starter with a positive 'can do' attitude, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with the drive to succeed!You are a business support administrator genie, who others can trust and rely on!Clearance RequirementsAbility to obtain and maintain an Australian Police Clearance.Must have full Australian working rights.
