The Business Support Administrator is part of the Recording and Transcription Services (RTS) team within Reform and Support Services.
The Business Support Administrator works collaboratively with the Business Support Officer in the delivery of business support services, financial processing and assisting in the administrative management of the team to ensure client and stakeholder assistance, act as the first point of contact for internal administrative matters and perform administrative duties related to the team support, ordering and distribution of court transcripts to internal and external clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for the RTS Team to achieve business objectives through the implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.Prepare, process and manage correspondence and other documents of an administrative/financial nature in accordance with legislation and departmental policies and procedures in a timely and accurate manner.Assist with Human Resource and Finance functions where this has been allocated to RTS.Assist in permanent and temporary records management.Provide secretariat support to meetings and committees as required.Use administrative tools developed for the governance of the RTS model to support a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, including judiciary, courts' users and transcript providers.Assist to review and develop service improvements with regard to processes and procedures.When necessary, assist in activities in relation to customer-facing operations.Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
