About the Role Tronox is recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join our Southwest Operations team across our Bunbury Pigment Plants located at our Australind Plant, on Old Coast Road, right on the Estuary!
This position is full time and offers flexible hours.
Depending on your work hours, you can work a Monday – Friday roster or a 9-day fortnight roster, enjoying every second Friday off!
Reporting to the Site Director, the Business Support Administrator will be accountable for: Word processing and general administration Coordinating and compiling reports Organization of meetings and appointments and the subsequent collation and follow up of minutes and actions Maintain documentation associated with: safety leadership actions, business plan commitments, global summary reports; communication newsletters etc.
as required General clerical duties such as: purchase orders, work orders, work requests, general support etc.
Site events organisation About you: To be successful in your application you will ideally need to possess: 2+ years' experience in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Teams and PowerPoint Intermediate Excel knowledge and SharePoint would be desirable.
Excellent communication & Time management skills Strong attention to detail, planning and organising Work independently but also in a team environment Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant highly advantageous Experience working within the mining or manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous Most importantly a positive attitude and an outward mind set!
