The RoleAs the Business Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our talented team while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about accounting, client relationships and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.Team Leadership Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate accountants, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.Technical Expertise Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance tasks for a variety of entities (companies, trusts and individuals)Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and service.
Business Growth Support partners with strategic initiatives, including identifying new opportunities to add value to clients.
About YouYou'll thrive in this role if you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
