Seeking a driven and motivated professional to join Parks Victoria in the role of Business Services Coordinator, providing critical support to our Corporate Services division.
Provide excellent customer service and support to a diverse Division$97,157 - $104,347 + Superannuation + Range of employee benefitsA multifaceted role where you will be a key point of contactAbout the role As the Business Services Coordinator, your primary focus will be to provide high level organisational, strategic coordination and administrative support to the Executive Director, Finance & IT and Chief Financial Officer Division.
You will have the opportunity to prepare materials, quality assure board and committee papers, and liaise with senior management across your own and other Divisions.
We're seeking a highly organised individual with the ability to facilitate a wide range of activities and seek resolutions to issues on behalf of the Executive Director.
About Parks Victoria Parks Victoria's vision is to be a world-class parks service, ensuring healthy parks for healthy people.
It is a statutory authority with responsibility for managing an expanding and diverse estate covering more than 4 million hectares, or about 17 per cent, of Victoria.
The Finance and Information Technology Division provides strategies, planning, business processes and systems to deliver these core support services to enable Parks Victoria to be financially sustainable and an employer of choice.
We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience and understanding of protocols associated with working in a Senior Executive office within government, not-for-profit or professional services and proven ability to operate effectively within a confidential work environmentExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including developing professional reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including Board membersStrong experience in relationship building, collaborating, and managing the expectations of key stakeholder groups and providing an outcome that benefits the organisationYour application will need to include: A Current ResumeApplication Close date: Sunday 19 January 2025 (midnight)
