Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to support business operations in a dynamic environment? Hub Australia is looking for a friendly and proactive Business Services Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

What we're looking for:
We're seeking a passionate and proactive individual with a strong background in customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Experience with CRM systems, a knack for handling enquiries with a fresh and friendly attitude, and a proven ability to improve customer experiences are essential. What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!): Professionally handle all incoming calls, chats, and emails, addressing customer needs promptly and managing follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM information, including phone system directory updates and report generation. Assist with Virtual Office enquiries, providing comprehensive information and support to potential members. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for Hub Virtual Office members. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational aspects, including phone requirements and member services. Proactively seek and analyse customer feedback to implement improvements and enhance customer experience. Manage product sales through systems, ensuring accurate financial transactions. Collaborate with the Hub Australia team to provide administrative support across various business areas. Your ability to seamlessly manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude will set you apart. You'll thrive in a team-oriented environment and be driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on our members' experiences.

You will also have: At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Proven experience with CRM systems and Google Suite. A professional and credible telephone manner. A fresh, fun attitude with a passion for hospitality. The ability to develop and maintain best practice SOPs focused on service excellence. Experience in telephone operations and/or hospitality reservations is preferred.
