We are seeking an experienced Business Restructuring Team Lead to join our team in Melbourne.
This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the business and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies, working closely with clients to analyse and understand their business performance and position.Oversee an engagement team and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring successful execution of complex restructuring processes.Manage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements, preparing reports, presentations, and written correspondence as needed.Requirements6-10 years of experience in managing insolvency and restructuring cases.Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related field, such as CA qualified or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Financial analytical and quantitative skills, as well as knowledge of fundamental accounting and business principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.What We OfferA competitive salary package of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and networking through internal and external training, as well as on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
