Salary: Salary $97,347 - $121,332 + superannuation

The role This is a key leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring emergency planning and preparedness, response, and recovery systems.
It provides expertise and support in all aspects of emergency management, ensuring emergency preparedness and response plans and capabilities are maintained in accordance with relevant legislation, obligations, and standards.
The role is also responsible for delivering our Business Continuity program and ensuring critical functions and services can continue during emergency and disaster events.
What you'll bring We're looking for a self-starter with demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams and a positive culture.
Qualifications and experience in either emergency, risk, or business management will be important, as is a working understanding of statewide emergency management plans and procedures.
You'll be a strong communicator, with the ability to influence across all levels and deliver organisational training relevant to your portfolio.
You will also be a problem solver with the ability to work quickly and methodically under pressure.
