In this delivery role, you will focus on coordination of business and operational resilience requirements in the Australian and New Zealand region, with the objective of enhancing resilience capability and helping foster a resilient culture across the region. You will utilize your experience and strong stakeholder engagement expertise to support the Business Resilience Program, ensuring its effective delivery within our businesses. In this critical role, you will manage resilience risks, including driving plan reviews and recovery strategy testing to ensure alignment with the Business Resilience Policy and Standards.

Experience in one or more of business continuity/resilience, operational risk, technology recovery or risk management field, ideally gained within financial servicesUnderstanding of Business Continuity/Operational Resilience regulationsStrong analytical skills with experience utilising complex data from diverse sources to tell compelling, accessible, and accurate storiesConfident presenting, reviewing and constructively challenging resilience capabilityAbility to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement of the Resilience Framework and methodology.
