Job Summary The Network Deployment/Enablement Lead (NxL) will manage multiple customers who have purchased an SAP Business Network solution and will assist those customers digitize their procurement on the SAP Business Network. As part of the Supplier Enablement subscription, the NxL will develop a project plan to ensure the enablement strategy maximizes ROI, and will manage the buyer and supplier interactions to ensure overall success and satisfaction.
The NxL will demonstrate strong PMO & Consulting skills and the ability to effectively manage challenging projects deploying complex global transactions. Maintaining a strong Customer Focus and positioning themselves as a Trusted Advisor to the Trading Partners they collaborate with, this is an opportunity to contribute to the digitisation of the ANZ economies and support sustainable commerce.
Duties and Responsibilities Builds relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels.Align with Account Management on a comprehensive enablement onboarding plan.May act as project manager for cross-functional teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders.Has ultimate responsibility for project content and strategy including Enablement Road Map, On-Boarding Plan, Catalog creation and maintenance and data collection.Accountable for structuring projects to meet customer goals and objectives.Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations to customers outlining expectations, risks, options, project plans, results, etc.Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics.Work closely with our partner and center of excellence teams to ensure delivery success.Ensures that all reports and systems are current.Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents, technology and tools required within the department.Be responsible for operational results, quality of delivery, and generation of customer references.Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills.Adept at appropriately escalating issues within and across teams both internally and customer-facing.Able to quickly identify project risks and opportunities early in the project and work with a high degree of autonomy to address them.All other duties as assigned.Basic Minimum Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.5+ years of Procurement and/or AP Experience.3+ years of Enterprise Business Applications Experience.3+ years of Project Admin / Management Experience.Must be able to travel 30%+.Preferred Experience Experience with customer management (internal & external).Experience preparing and delivering analyses and presentations.Experience with procurement principles and processes.Experience with continuous improvement efforts.Experience managing multiple projects at once.Experience in building both internal and external customer/team member relationships.Experience in broader Digital Supply Chain a big plus.Potential for a Leadership role in 2 years.Preferred Knowledge Project Management Certification.Working knowledge of cloud (on-demand), Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud-based commerce/business networks.SAP Business Network and Ariba solution/product knowledge.Experience in B2B ecommerce, especially in direct materials.SAP Business suite / AIN & LBN.Basic understanding of Lean methodologies.Industry experience in Natural Resources & Public Sector.Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
