You will play a key role in designing, defining, and improving processes, ensuring alignment with the BPM Framework.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument and map current/future state processes and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide business process owners with modelling services using BPMN 2.0Leverage BPM tools for simulations, comparisons, and reportingIdentify and manage process optimisation initiativesPromote BPM governance and process excellence practicesDrive stakeholder engagement and coordinate BPM activitiesCollaborate with SAP Security, Risk, and Change Management teamsAssist in developing the annual BPM roadmap for maturity progressionSkills & ExperienceProven experience in Business Process Modelling and ImprovementFamiliar with BPMN 2.0 standardsExperience with SAP and BPM tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, ARIS)Strong analytical, time management, and interpersonal skillsEffective workshop facilitation and reporting abilitiesPreferred QualificationsBPMN 2.0 certificationSix Sigma or similar qualificationsIs this your next challenge?
