We provide a broad range of personalised support to older community members, children and young people, and people with disabilities and Allied Health.
The Opportunity
As the People and Culture Business Partner you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support and advice and guiding and working with the Senior Leaders in accordance with legislation and policies in various areas of People and Culture, with a focus on Allied Health.
This role is located between our Maitland and Mayfield office, and is a 12 month fixed term, reporting to the P&C Senior Leader.
Key Responsibilities Provide generalist support to Senior Leaders and the P&C Team;Assist in the improvement and development of the HRIS systems and practices;Manage and undertake workplace investigations, disciplinary and performance management, and the grievance processes in consultation with the P&C Senior Leader;Ensure all workers compensation and return to work is managed to achieve the best outcomes;Oversee and support Employee Lifecycle;Complete adhoc P&C related tasks as required by the P&C Senior Leader. About You Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience.Demonstrated experience in providing people and culture advice and coaching to people at various levels of an organisation;Extensive knowledge and experience working within the Fair Work Australia industry relations laws and framework;Strong understanding of Workers Compensation and Injury Management regulations, and Return to Work;Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise;Ability to work independently and within a diverse team;Experience in the disability, health or aged care environment is desirable;Current NDIS Worker Check;Current driver's license;Current Working with Children Check for paid employment;NDIS Worker Orientation module completion certificate.
