The role The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with our Cement and Lime business on a range of employee and industrial relations matters, as well as be responsible for supporting the implementation of key People and Culture projects and initiatives.
Based in Munster, WA , at one of our major manufacturing plants and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will partner with business leaders in locations across South Australia, the Northern Territory, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
The role will work in partnership with the wider People & Culture Team to leverage group offerings, expert knowledge and provide insightful and constructive solutions/ideas on key initiatives.

This is a 12-month maximum term contract.
Responsibilities Partner with operational leaders to understand their business and workforce needs Develop and implement solutions to enhance employee experience and performance Acts as first point of contact for escalation and resolution of HR queries, issues and requests from internal and external stakeholders Supports leaders with accurate advice on employee matters Conduct end-to-end complex case management Participate and facilitate multiple Enterprise Agreement re-negotiations Deliver programs at a divisional level in alignment with Group organisational plans and priorities.
What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in related field and or/tertiary qualifications in HR or similar highly regarded A track record of achievement in a People and Culture business partnering capacity Practical experience with collective bargaining and industrial relations Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task Advanced communication and influencing skills Our business Adbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
