Business Operations Supervisor - Orange NSW Our Client is an established Manufacturing/ Plumbing Company in Orange NSW.
They are looking for a self-motivated dynamic Business Operations Supervisor to join their team in Orange in this permanent position.
We are actively seeking a Business Operations Supervisor to join our Clients, Manufacturing and Plumbing business.
As an integral member of their Orange division, you will be responsiblefor ensuring successful & efficient safety, production/manufacture, distribution, quality and compliance of plumbing product across all working activities across of the Orange location while helping other parts of the business & locations operate successfully.
Your day will involve: Working with manufacturing staff, sales staff ,management, and customers to ensure effective business operations .
Investigating all faults, non – supply of key inventory, customer enquiries, product standards and safety breaches and then reporting through to the Director .
Ensure Sales orders & stock are effectively processed & distributed to multiple sites on designated timeframes Implementing process improvement, including delivering toolboxes and communicate business initiatives.
Undertaking fleet audits, site inspections, machine & invoicing to ensure compliance with standards.
What are we looking for?
Extensive experience in the Manufacturing/Transport / Trades / Plumbing/ Mechanical or related industry, ideally 5+ years Effectively reporting on daily sales , sales orders, manufacturing & logistical timeframes Proven understanding of your existing savvy Accounting, Commerce & business acumen A collaborative supervisor with clear communication skills both written & verbal Strong technological skills with the capability to utilise and navigate through multiple systems.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suites A positive can do attitude with hands on approach Co-ordinating daily operations of the business Ability to supervise a small team Strong ability to build rapport and influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
Accounting and business practices knowledge of Software MYOB Exo will or similar will be an advantage.
