Business Operations Manager Manjimup Kiwi Redland Kiwi is based in Manjimup WA and is focused on the production of premium kiwi fruit for domestic and international markets. The vineyards are undergoing a development program to provide best-in-class crop protection, irrigation systems, and operational management systems. The Business Operations Manager at Manjimup Kiwi Fruit is responsible for the execution and management of farm operations programs for the Manjimup Kiwi assets, working closely with the senior agronomist, head of production, and development manager. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a high level of operations expertise along with sound business acumen to deliver the desired results. The Business Operations Manager has key accountability for the efficient daily, monthly, and annual achievement of operations objectives, yields, and targets, including maximizing kiwi fruit profitability, quality, forecasting, planning, and processing. This role plans, coordinates, and controls the kiwi farm operations to ensure that output is produced at the right quality, cost, and quantity, at the right time. This role reports to and supports the Investment Manager WA and Head of Production in achieving Kiwi portfolio operational and commercial outcomes and is located in beautiful Southern WA in Manjimup. The development program and the high levels of agronomic management are expected to develop Redland Kiwi Fruit into one of Australia's most productive and profitable kiwi fruit enterprises. #J-18808-Ljbffr
